Terms and Conditions

1. Our Guarantee

Buying fine jewelry is not an every day occurrence. For our customers' protection, we guarantee that every piece we sell will be as described. All our gemstones are genuine, if man made stones are ever used because of design requirements, our description will so state.

Our gold (of all colors and carat weights) and platinum, is guaranteed to be as advertised.

If any piece is found to be not as advertised(as ascertained by another competent and qualified jeweler), Agha Designs will immediately refund the full purchase price (except shipping). The items must be returned to us properly packaged and insured, within 20 days of us shipping them - in their original condition and packaging.

A special note to Internet customers: Agha Designs will be happy to size rings at the customer's request before shipping (e-mail us for prices). If the customer is not satisfied for the reasons discussed above, the sized ring is returnable. However, the dollar value for the "sizing" will be subtracted from the amount returned.

Our aim is to keep you as a customer, and your satisfaction is one of our primary goals.

2. Sales Tax
Agha Designs is a business registered in the state of Illinois. Illinois Sales tax will be added to all non-Internet sales, AND to Internet sales to residents of Illinois. Non-Illinois residents and Customers will pay no sales tax.

3.Shipping – Domestic
Agha Designs will ship the item Insured and via the United States Postal Service, unless advised otherwise by the customer. Actual shipping and Insurance costs will be charged to the customer. We do not believe in "bumping up" the price by adding fictitious "handling charges."

4.Shipping –
Agha Designs will ship the item Insured and via the United States Post Office (USPS), unless advised otherwise by re customer. The Customer should be advised that the USPS does not always permit insuring items to some countries. If this is the case, the customer will be so advised. Also since Air Shipping is quite expensive to some Countries, the customer will have to option to choose surface mail. Actual shipping and Insurance costs will be charged to the customer. We do not believe in "bumping up" the price by adding fictitious "handling charges."

5.Diamond Upgrade Program
Many of our customers have been part of the Agha Designs family for years. Often younger couples or individuals will buy a diamond that they can afford on a limited budget with the full intention of getting something better as their finances improve. Agha Designs will happily upgrade to a stone of higher quality or size any diamond over one third of a carat bought from us. We will apply the full purchase price of the returned diamond (please keep your receipts!!) toward the upgrade, provided the diamond is in the same condition as when it was purchased. Size limitations of the mounting may prevent us from performing an upgrade in all cases, but we will certainly advise our customers of the most cost effective route.

6.Colored Stone Upgrade Program
We will happily upgrade to a stone of higher quality or size any colored stone over one half of a carat bought from us. We will apply the full purchase price of the returned stone (please keep your receipts!!) toward the upgrade, provided the colored stone is in the same condition as when it was purchased. Once again, size limitations of the mounting may prevent us from performing an upgrade in all cases, but we will certainly advise our customers of the most cost effective route.

7. Returns
Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Agha Designs . Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns contact us for a RAN number and return address. After receiving the RAN and return address from us, please pack the item carefully, and ship it Registered, and Insured for the appropriate amount to the address provided.

8.Copyright Laws Applicability
All of the pictures and designs on these pages are the sole property of Agha Designs. All designs are copyright, and infringement of these rights is punishable by law.
